Dizzy position
« on: February 20, 2011, 03:06:26 pm »
Stupidly before I stripped the motor and head I didn't mark the position of the dizzy on the head, I don't suppose any one has a picture of where it should be roughly to start with obviously I will time it up properley with a light just want a startig point if any one could ??
Also I'm asuming lead order on the dizzy is 1342 starting with the one closet to the from of the car going clockwise ??
Also I've changed my coil to the new 6n one, with regard to the earthing is it just the body that needs an earth strap on it onto the gearbox earthing point because I've forgotton how the earthing setup goes on the coil is it just a little forkshaped braket ??
