Screeching

Hi guys I've recently (used to be on off but now more frequent) a screeching noise when on full boost at around 6-7k I hear a screeching noise until I change gear or stop boosting, sounds like belts slipping but surly not in 3-4 gear?? I'm unsure what this noise could be! Any help would be great

Almost certainly the belts by the sound of it. A squirt of belt dressing might help, but the toothed belt kits the only way out of it at these revs.

Yeah as above, or get new belts.
