well I was more meaning they might just have one or two on the shelf negating the need for a group buy

Right I've had a reply back from Quaife. For 10 people we would get 10% discount on the £585+vat price. It would need one person to co-ordinate it and they would all have to be delivered to one place. So you would get a discount of £58.50 but then would need to pay for postage. I suppose if using parcel 2 go or something it would be £7.50 for the postage, so would be about a £50 saving.

oryt lads, i would also be interested in a lsd am going to get round to rebuilding my box at some point throught winter hopfully so would be wise to go to town and fit a lsd diff whilst i am in there  ,

Isn't there an ongoing issue with Quaife L.S.D's at this time or in the immediate past? Poor bearing seating iirc.

there was a manufacturing error on the bearing seat but they have sorted it out now.

One of the bearing housings was too small on mine they rectified the problem pretty quick although I'd still check it prior to fitting, if any one gets one. Especialy if your wanting a quick turn around to get the box back on the car.

I'd like to test a Quaife and see how it compares to a Gripper.

If people are interested I can ring them in the new year and see if we can get a group buy any cheaper through Polo-PP.
