break housing need to fit?

basically, my break hosing snapped on way to work today, and had to be recovered. ive got a new one to fit, never done it befor, is it easy?

do the caliperds have to be removed? and i know after re fitting, to make sure i bleed the breaks, couple of bolts?

Hi there,  You do not need to remove the brake caliper to replace the brake hose, Just be careful when you remove the damaged hose from the brake pipe you can easily twist it and damage the pipe connection. Fit the hose into the caliper first then connect it to the brake pipe,make sure its not twisted and do not forget to attach the rubber fitting to the new hose which is then attached to the side of the shock strut, if you leave it off the brake hose will rub. Thats it just bleed the brakes and you should be ok.Big E.
