Drivers side engine mount inner bush or just the dimensions of it

I'm after the inner metal bush engine mount (front driverside ) as I've stupidly misplaced mine. If any ones got one I can buy let me know. Or if anyones got a vernier handy could they measure there's up so I can make one up please. Need inner bore outer bore measurements plus the size of the notches on the bottom thanks
