Bonnet lifters

I have just bought some bonnet lifters and the instructions are in german. Could anyone give a brief discription of they are installed?

Thin piston end fits instead of the wing screw in by the top mount, other end fits instead of the bottom bonnet hinge bolt. At least that's how mine fit.

Yeah will do, i got them from venom motorsport but if you search on ebay you can get them chepaer. Made by Jom whether there any good but they only cost £12.50.
