were is the toothed belt? were is the pully? confused??

hi guys,
ive recently purchased my first G40, i messed up fitting my new ppp manifold so its in the garage having a load of work,
my questions is!
1. were are these toothed belts? inside the charger or the ones on the outside that go around the alternator?
2. is the pully on the inside or outside of the charger?

im having some new belts on the outside of the charger wich are toothed and they have a vag logo and part number on them, the car is proven 171bhp so i guess its allready got a smaller pully on it to create more boost to create more power? how could i find this out?
i wouldnt mind some of these psd things but i know there rocking horse crap,
i have no clue at all about this supercharger but i am handy with a spanner and do know the vw engines pretty well but the G40 engine is somthing i dont want to mess with and break.............again lol

ive just found a recipt from jabba saying
4 port diffuser fitted with 65mm pully.

can you get vw belts to fit a 65mm pully??

also what does key way damged on toothed belt pully mean?

Standard G40 charger belt fitment is twin V belts and yes, they are "toothed" in the same way as older alternator drive belts. The PSD toothed belt system uses a single belt 20mm wide with special matching pulleys to stop the belt slip of the standard system. Your charger also has a small internal toothed belt which is 8mm  wide in it's original spec. but has an 11mm upgrade available which Jabbasport usually fit when supplying a 65mm pulley. As for "damaged keyway" I think they will be referring to the slot in the pulley that takes a woodruff key to hold it to the charger shaft.Worth checking for play in it.

Measuring tape will tell you; also comes with modified chip to suit.
