people used to get the valves from jabba - but they stopped doing them now

Think man in the shed from club gti has last set of jabba valves and a head that's been inserted with seats waiting for the correct customer.
As for doing it yourself it's pretty hard to do well I think you can either do it on a 5-axis cnc machine if your good at writting cnc programs and have tested a few heads on a flow bench n know where to remove material from.
   Can be done by hand aswell but that's a bit of an art form aswell I think and you'd need to have larger valve seats insearted.
   I think if done incorrectly then it can actualy hurt the performance of your engine. This is all info I picked up along the way when I was looking into it I ended up just going for a standard porting job as it ends up being alot of cash for not a massive amount of gain. Buy if your causing every last bhp and you've got the cash to spunk have a word with the man in the shed think a bvh from him including valves is in the region of £600 Inc vat plus your head in exchange.

I wish I was shit hot at machining, can write programs tho. But this wasn't the case as I have a mate at Sheffield engine services n just wonderd where to get the valves from, sounds like too much effort to me . Shall just stick with a ko3 then
