toothed pulleys guides

where can i get pulley guides for my toothies? they are PSD phase 2

Only guides on the alternator pulley; yours should have them if phase 2. There should be threaded holes for them on the pulley.

are these some of the PSD rip off ones that juan made then?

I have authentic PSD toothies I bought direct from steve when I bought my eaton stuff and mine never had the guides either. he said he would post them out - but it never happened.
I got a local laser cutter company to just make me up some circles to keep the belt on mate.

Also, while you're getting things sorted, check the size of the slot in the alternator pulley. PSD ones have the wrong dimension for the Woodruff Key(at least mine have). They've cut it the same size as the charger pulley when it should be smaller. If yours has this problem then get the slot in the alternator pulley re-cut, the key slot in the alternator shaft opened out, or do a bit of shimming with strips of feeler guage.
