Dunno what spec you're running Jezza, but in most cases paddle clutches are a bit severe and unnecessary for road use.
I think the same company do an uprated "normal type" clutch kit which could be fine.

Yeah they do one thats alot cheaper. this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PERFORMANCE-ORGANIC-CLUTCH-VW-POLO-G40-1-3-SUPERCHARGED_W0QQitemZ390123372691QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item5ad52a4093

Im gonna be running a few mods but i think im aiming around 160bhp mark maybe more.

Getting mods like aquamist, cam, psd charger (R1 equivelent upgrade), psd toothies, G60 injectors, induction kit, s/s manifold and system a few more maybe and already got gt inlet and de wedge tb.

Then a remap and setup the aquamist by yoof when its all complete.

Just what I was thinking, some people get pissed off with stop/start driving with one, but others just reckon you need to get used to the on/off biting point.
