Part number: One way valve that connects into the outlet pipe
« on: December 20, 2009, 06:15:48 pm »
Hi,

Looked on VagCat but couldnt seem to find it :(

Anyone have the "One way valve that connects into the outlet pipe" which is removed when the boost return mod is done that they could sell me?

Or have a part number which i can take to VW? Any ideas on what they charge for one?

Cheers

Leon

Edit to show part i mean: oil pressure regulating valve

I think the part you mean is part 10.  Part number 871 145 826.  It claims it's around 71 euros.  That's usually a good figure to base the £ on.

Located below the inlet manifold

Cheers Supercharged spaniel but think your thinking of something different :) Its not a pipe, its a plastic mushroom type thing

I can't access that for some reason but I think you mean the idle control valve/idle stabilisation valve.
Part 17?  049 133 453E 70 euros

yep it is number nine part number :030115327D
 24 euros

the other ones are for gt's etc.  g40 breather pod is the second one from the left and is pressed in isn't it.  The one you need is number 9 that  fits into the top of the metal breather pod..

you'll need aprt 10 too no part number listed though.

It looks like number 9 in pysical apperance, however it doesnt conect to no. 8. It connects to a solid mental part/pipe

yeah it wont connect to part 8.  part 8 isnt listed as PY application.  The diagrams aren't always 100% accurate.  The parts 9/10 are listed as PY parts and are correct.
