HI EVERY1 I HAVE TAKEN A TURBO CHARGED POLO G40 IN P/X FOR MY LUPO AND AS I AM YOUNG AND LOST MY JOB I CANT AFFORD TO INSURE IT ITS WINDSOR BLUE AND IS MENT TO BE RUNNING AROUND 300 BHP I MIGHT BE LOOKING LIKE A IDIOT SAYING THIS AS I HAVE NO PROOF OF THE BHP ITS JUST WAT I WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON WHO BUILT IT, ITS ON PISTONHEADS FOR SALE TYPE IN TURBO CHARGED G40, NOT TO SURE ON WAT SORT OF MONEY I SHOULD BE ASKING FOR IT THATS Y I CAME ON HERE FOR SOME HELP AND ADVISE!  THANKS EVERY1. sorry to say it mate but it will be lucky to be 200bhp never mind 300bhp

Dunno why it says 300bhp in the title as it then says "ment to be around 170bhp" in the description which sounds more like it.

was told its 170 bhp by bloke i brought it off but the bloke who built it says its over 300bhp wen runnin at 2 bar like i have stated tho, im not sure wat it is its just wat im told so chill out!!!! lol

I saw this on ebay, the previous owner was talking about his 16v saxo turbo i belive, he said when he runs that at 2bar its 300bhp. i think, i was confused for a while about it but if you read it again and again you can see what he says.

2 bar is 29 psi! thats fukin crazy, mates 200sx runs 1bar

just spoken to a lad who knows a fare bit about turbos n all that! if i wer you id try and find out a bit more about the engine!

for a start what the actual power is, who built the engine, what turbo, whats been done to the internals, what intercooler(front mount etc), management, fueling, head work, transmission, diff.

photo's of the engine may be good! just tryin to help fella

in all honesty its a bit of a gamble to someone buying it as there isnt much info. i dont know too much about g40s but as with all hot hatches its nice to know they have been looked after!

as it doesnt owe you much stick up a price that ud like and if its good enough hopefully people ul take the risk!

g40 kkk turbo

hi my name is mike. i built this car engine. its a kkk turbo and had a intercooler from a 20v turbo. its got an oversized fly-wheel. its been lowered all round. it has rn deep dish wheels with yokohama tyres. golf ball gear knob. remote centarl locking and a gearbox lock to stop thiefs. it did have gauges where the sterio goes but the person i sold it to took them out to fit a sterio. what would you prefer the sound of an engine whistling or music?? the car had new seals and all the bushes replaced to performance bushes. the reciepts added up to over 6000. the car was runnin at 1.6 bar and that wasnt pushing it!! it has been up to 2.2 for short bursts. i think about this car alot and regret selling it. never listen to a woman!
