rear wiper

hi all, My rear wiper doesn't bloody work, its currently been taken off with a grommit shoved in its place.
had a donor car so know that the motor works, it had power at 1 wire just wouldn't go!!! i looked and swopped the relay behind the glove box with the donor and still no joy, any ideas??

Also think this is linked in some way to the interior light which is also not workin!!!!

no thats the first place i looked still confusing tho

Check wireing where it enters tailgate from main body sees a lot of movement in this area
over the years.
