polo GT, will listen to offers
« on: December 02, 2009, 04:41:54 pm »
Rite, I'm looking for a new job and i dont think this car is too sensible for taking clients about in! I wish i didnt have to sell it as i haven't had it long! The plan was to make it into a road legal track car!
On the log book its still a 1.3 GT. It is seriously Quick. I've been told its been rolling roaded at 111bhp
The Paint is still in amazing condition, just a wash and it shines so brightly! few stone chips and a couple of little dents.
Tax is going to run out in January (can put 6months on for buyer) MOT runs out 9th August!

BODYWORK:
Audi door handles
Smoothed boot
De badged grill
Full re-spray a couple of years ago
G40 rear lights

SUSPENSION:
H&R Cup Kit
Front Lower Strut Brace

BRAKES:
Brembo Drilled Disks
Green Stuff Pads

INTERIOR:
Black Corrado Front Seats
Full OMP Roll Cage (bolted in)
Sparco Harnesses
300mm Leather Steering wheel
Striped Out Rear
Cargo Net

WHEELS:
Weller Steels (13-7)

ENGINE:
engine 75k clocks 180k
1.6 8v skoda AEE block
285 degree race cam
ported and polished head
new vavles re seated and stronger valve springs
over bore mahle pistons
Golf Gti AFM
Hawk Alarm system
Ashley 4 branch manifold.
Ashley straight through exhuast
BCM Air Filter
Bigger injectors(dont know what size)
1.3 GT gearbox
Custom favregnugen tuning chip
2.5" bore exhaust (spits flames)

BAD BITS:
Needs New Top Mounts
high milage clocks were put in, but doesnt reflect actual milage.
Wheels could do with sanding and painting!
oil leak in engine bay.

You will struggle to find another polo this quick! Keeps up with alot of big engine cars!
I'm located in Milton Keynes! Would ideally like a swap or PX, nothing really cheap and no 6N's.

£1650 i think is a fare price considering the work thats gone into it. will get better pics tomorrow

if i really tried i may be able to get the print outs if the old owner still has them! but you drive it and you wont argue!

and no, i dont have info on the milage. its had 3 owners since engine work was done (1 was a mate) so getting things may be tricky

but if you read the list of work done its not exactly hard to belive how much BHP its got
