g40 turbo wich altenators easier to fit g40 or gt ??

hi all,
 im going turbo and have been told that it is alot easier to use a 55amp gt altenator , i wanna run some stero equipment so i am having somone uprated one i just wondered if its easier to fit a 55amp altenator id get him to uprate that one if not ill get him to uprated my standard g40 one ! oh and if any one has part numbers from either of them it would be very very helpful thanks
