K03 Rothe Manifold
K03 PSD Downpipe (63mm)
63mm Full Stainless Exhaust including center section and backbox
PPP Turbo Chip (use with g60 Injectors)
G60 Green Injectors
Turbo Oil Lines (In/Out)
Turbo Water Lines (In/Out)
Standard Engine Mount
Standard Crank Pulley
New reconditioned Alternator
All nuts and bolts

£800, everything needed for a conversion (excluding Intercooler)

I've also got a G40 1272 engine that its strapped to.

£1500ono for full turbo conversion including engine, wireing loom, ECU ect

engine has done just over 120,000 miles
Has had all gaskets replaced not too long ago, also new waterpump and timing belt.

Power wise it would probably produce. 160-170bhp? not sure. If you decided to bore it out and put forge pistons in, may be 200bhp

where abouts are you based i will take it off your hands for £700, is there an actuator included in this sale would i need one to run it turbo ? and what make is the exhaust?? if you will exept 700 pm me

yes there is a actuator with the turbo and its included, its not a forge one tho.

sorry i think £800 for the kit is a fair price, no lower, thanks for the offer

ok what actuator is it? is it the standard one ?? if it is then i can only run about 5psi of boost if im right without buying a forge one or is it a non standard one, and how many miles roughly has the kit seen ? would you take £780?? ive got to travel from somerset yeovil would i be able to fit all the bits in my corse? does the exhaust break down into 3 bits??

its not a standard actuator not sure what make it is, with the bleed valve i used you can set the boost to what ever you like. a forge actuator would be alot better tho.
The exhaust splits into 4 parts
I can city link it for £835 as I live in bolton bit of a trek from somerset yeovil

so included in this sale will be every thing required to turn my g from ladder to turbo charger including blow off valve all bolts fixtures and fittings , pipework? is there any thing else im going to need other than a fmic, if this is the case i will take it for £815 delivered?

my apologies i didn't state that 'it dosen't come with a blow off valve' but these are quite easy to get hold of and not that expensive. I'll chuck in some hose too, but you'll need to get the right pipe work for your intercooler, ebay is quite good for silicone hose.
