G40 Not Starting !

Right i warped the head on my g40 well i think i did ...?? putting a long storie shrt i replaced the headgasket then about 6 weeks later it went again !!

So i didnt wanna fork out for a new set of bolts and gasket etc etc !!!

thought to myself get a new head !!

got a new head but i got a head off a gt !!

i replaced

head
cam (G40)
Cam pulley ( G40)
injector rail (G40)
Injectors (g40)
Throttle bodie (g40)
Oil feed for charger (g40)
new oil filter
New oil
new exchaust gasket (both )

The only thing i havent replaced is the inlet gasket as i just put my g40 injectors +rail on the gt inlet ? was i wrong do to this ??

Naw it wont start at all but if i take any single injector plug off it will fire on 3... when i plug it back in it still sound rough!

It wont start with 4 injectors at all!!!!

you really should've swapped valves over between heads, but wouldn't stop it starting.

keep trying, there might not be enough fuel pressure in the line?

swap the injectors round to ensiure its just that one thats fecked

but surley if i had the fuel lines on the wrong way round it wouldnt start at all? and it does only on 3 injectors?

check the wires in the fuel rail to make sure they are all in good nick and aren't damged causing shorting out.

Yeee man took the lines off found out which was the feed ( was in the right place ) put it back on stilll nothing

Im guna rip the whole loom out an replace all the plugs for new ones and hope i find a split wire ...

sounds like poor fuel pressure to be honest.

why all of a sudden would it drop in pressure?? ause ofmy new head ?? how do i test the pressure?? what should it be??

if you've removed injectors it might not have build back up after you released pressure... give it some stick cranking it. like 10 attempts

just got the car running took a bit of gas to get it to fire but it fired and tick'ed over fine........
turned it off........

DEAD!!! wont start at all?

Never found the problem had a whole new loom made for the engine and it works fine naw!!! So i had something dodgy in the loom
