Polo G40 red *** SOLD ***
« on: September 26, 2009, 06:27:02 pm »
Spent alot of money on this car, my plans were to run it in then get big valve head, cam and another map but due to money reasons i have to sell it aswell as my lupo gti and motor bike!   :-[

the engine has done 800miles from having a full engine rebuild by jabba sport
1341 accralite forged pistons
R1 rebuilt charger - covered 800miles
65mm 5pk pully set
250cc injectors
Gear box just been rebuilt

few other stuff, pretty clean I took all the arches off to be a sleeper and theres no rust behind any of it except one little patch under the fuel cap

Just replaced the diff and is now back in working order, MOT expired in October 2009 just needs new exhaust but due to finances have to sell as is ...which is why price has been reduced from £2500 to £2000 to sell.

Well worth a look and a bloody good buy for a serious G40 lover

I have a spare diff, if anyone buys this and needs one. Don't want much for it.

some pictures would help greatly, especially with the £3k price tag, it must be good!

Don't be too hasty to knock the price Dan. There's that simple truism "The more you pay ,the more it's worth". If it's a genuine, solid G that's just needing a box to put it on the road, then £3000 seems ok to me. Nobody's going to make a killing selling a G, but if prices fall any lower what's left of the G population's gradually going to fall into the hands of people who don't give a fuck. Then we're all losers. I hope this one makes the money.
