i would have it on my G40 just to be unique, besides that if you wanted the bigger hike just go BVH/1341cc forged bottom end and fit a g60 charger (lairy ;D)

I know this topic is old but there is a g45 charger, genuine one, for sale on German eBay.

Yeah Rotelle Racing make them...

I am very tempted to go down this route when the time is right.

Not sure what to expect but I would say a safe 190bhp sounds achievable with all the surrounding mods, however no ones managed to clarify how much more boost it would give with a smaller pulley over a R1 SPEC Charger.

This one on ebay was genuine, not a rotelle racing one.

Hello,

no problem, here is the table with the airflow:

- G40: 566ccm³ per rotation
- G45: 635ccm³ per rotation
- G60: 860ccm³ per rotation
- G65: 925ccm³ per rotation
- G75: 1060ccm³ per rotation

Ciao, Thorsten
