i have to give it gas to get it started then it will rev ok high rpm but low down rpm its extremely lumpy and dies? lots of fuel smelling smoke too?

just checked the spark plugs they are very black? changed them any way for spare one's what could of changed from removing the engine i left every thing connected to the engine when i removed it?

i also noticed that the crank senser lead has a slit in the outer rubber but the internal wires are fine?
