tucking roof lining under rubber help needed

what is the best way to do this on the rear 1/4 windows. i feel like im going to rip the roof lining if i try to hard

need to take the windows out really.

damn. i only just put them back in, that was hard enough without putting the roof lining in.

is there an easier way, i used a bottle of fairy liquid and loads of rope
