some people say to use a chain whip, i personally used a pair of stilsons. Just be careful u don't clamp em too tight and mark the pulley

i use a chain whip but padded out with something (on toothed pullies with a bit of old belt) so as not to mark it

ive got a leather oil filter strap made by laser.  rather than a chain its a leather strap..after ive finished spanking my birds arse with it its nice and warm and it grips the pulley without marking it at all..think i got it from halfords for about 4 quid.  works a treat. here s a website selling a similar one..in fact it might of been gsf that i bought it from? one of the two.  Works a treat every time.

you can remove it with a very simple metod, just leve the belt's tight, then just put the key in to the screw, and give some impact with the hammer...2 min and the pulley is out!

(sorry for my english)
