Club G40 rally and Tatton park show 8th, 9th August

Oh just to note we are meeting at 12:30 at the ladybower inn on the Saturday. I'm sure there will be a bit of milling about as people turn up and photos taken etc. As stated Pete and I will probably be there a little earlier than that and we will probably have a bit of lunch in the Ladybower inn if anyone fancies joining us for that.

On the Sunday we will be meeting at 9am at the little chef just down the road from Tatton. If you are late then you will have to make your own way into the showground and give one of us a ring. For those who havent got any of our numbers please drop me a pm and I'll supply you with contact numbers for us.

guys, we only have ten stand passes for tatton park.  We'll have to do it so that the first ten to put their names on the list have priority.  People who turn up late wil probably miss out.  If you know you can't make it can you please remove your name from thel ist?  can you also not add friends/girlfriends or whatever unless they are actually bringing their own car?  Just so we know actual car numbers for the stand!  cheers!

Right I've removed(well coloured it a poultry yellow anyway) my 10th place on the list due to the fact that I don't think I can commit for next weekend, and as there is a restriction on Stand Places, I only think it's fair.  If I do find the time to do essential maintaince prior to next weekend then I will make an impromtu guest appearance, and take my place in the car park.

Yep think that would be good. We have had to use a bit of an overspill campsite as the original one is full. I dont mind camping at that one so most people will be on the original one.

As far as I know everyone who is on the list above is still coming to the rally on Saturday with the exception of DK.

We may get away without using the other campsite at all but we have 3 pitches for 12 people and two pitches for 4 people on the other site. The other site isnt full at the moment so I'm sure (but not 100% or committing) that we could get more spaces if we needed to.

If anyone knows different to the above please let me know asap. I shall post again later with the updated map and times for the start etc later. Oh and the weather forecast says sunny for both days at the moment so we can only live in hope!

As confirmed on PM I'm out of the running this year, so I'll only be able to look at your pictures next week and wish I'd tension my cam belt properly on the other car, hence not being able to spend the time on G leading up to this weeekend. Have a good weekend!

Weather is looking good

Anyone coming along with good camera skills then? There is a great photo/vid oppurtunity when you have a convoy of G's going over the Langsett reservoir dam (just off the A628)

Im right looking forward to this..was hoping to get my back brakes done in time but that isnt going to happen.  Me and Chris are convoying down together.
