reckon my head gasket due..need i remove charger to do head gasket?  or will i still have enough access with it in place.,.removal is no bother but its more time isnt it?

head gasket due?? you mean it's blown? You don't change a headgasket unless it's gone!

Anyway I'd have thought it'd be possible with the charger in place but to be honest I'd want it out of the way so there's no risk of getting anything inside it, it's only a couple of bolts.  An insignificant time & effort in comparison with the rest of the job.

not being funny but it is due and i dont like to leave stuff till its completly dead.  the cars starting to use a bit water and gather a little bit mayonnaise from time to time in the cap and slightly weeping at the cylinder head corner so in my eyes its due.  preventative maintence and all that.  back on topic..so you'd think removing the charger is probably best..thanks  ;)

if it's using water then fair enough  ;D

yes remove the charger and pretty much everything nearby just to make life easier.

to be honest - removing that engine mount may make it easier to clean the block too.
