g40 cutting out

hey every1
got a problem with me g40, it keeps cutting out on me and then wont start on me!
ive just jump started it and it got home ok put it on the turbo timer for a few mins it stoped and now wont start again.
i have no battery ligth up on the dash or anything, ive had this happern to me before i thought it was the battery so toke it back to halfords and it had a dead sell, but that was only feb and i ent really used the car since then probley done 200 mile so it shudnt be the battery!
all the earths have just been replaced after the first time it happened.
any1 got any clue of what is going on?

do you have an alarm immobiliser fitted?

if the lights dont come on the dash then im sure that is linked to the problem, id check all the fuses and connections at the fuse box...
