Toothed Pullies?
« on: April 19, 2009, 07:35:44 pm »
Can anyone tell me how many teeth there are on their toothed pullies?

Need to know how many teeth on each of the 3, Crank pully, G-Lader and Alternator!

Anybody know any good kits about too?

Thanks!

Tooth pitch is 8mm, so take your pulley diameters and work out your circumferance(diax22and divide by 7 if I remember rightly) then divide by 8 for number of teeth. 65mm pulley=25 teeth.

they have been known to go down to 63.5ish but theses were commonly known as "suicide" pulleys and it wasnt long before chargers were blowing seals, the pressure is too much.  65mm is the lowest safest option...
