unknown misfire
« on: March 31, 2009, 07:49:54 pm »
Got myself a g40 about a month ago now, was sitting for a year, so have gave it a good service, now it has runninng problems, it will tick over on 2 untill it gets warm then it goes inbetween 3 and 4, its got all new plugs (the right bosch 1s) so i got a new coil pack, dizzy cap and arm, the leads look fairly new so i left them, but it hasnt cured it. ive been told by a good mechanic who once owend one and said if the ecu has been remapped it might be lumpy on tickover but fine under load. i cant take it out untill my front springs arive, any ideas?

Thanks
carlo
