Rough weight of a G40 gearbox

I'm sending my ATV down to Quaife this week for its LSD.

What do you reckon the rough weight of a dry G40 box is?

Just realised i had a spare box in the garage and a set bathroom scales in the house = 28 kg

That's about what I estimated it to be, around 30kg. I'll tell the post room tomorrow.

no it didnt mate.. had to be drained.

I've always used www.senditnow.com for heavy or bulky parcels.
Senditnow use Parcelforce to do the deliveries and have always been spot on for me.
Max. allowed weight is 30kg, just stick it in a strong cardboard box and it should be fine.
The best bit is the price. £10.99 for guaranteed 2 day delivery, £11.99 for next day or £13.99 for next day by midday. Compare that against using Parcelforce directly!
