Where is the airbox restrictor?

I need to replace the pipe that runs from the airbox to the supercharger. Now, the restrictor between the airbox and supercharger was already removed when I got the car, so I don't know where it is.  Is the restrictor actually in the airbox, or the pipe that runs between the airbox and supercharger? Does anyone know? How do you remove it? Thanks in advance!

Its moulded into the outlet pipe on the box.
