there is an oil feed on the front of the block below the oil filter
and another at the back of the cylinder head roughly inline with the vw badge on the rocker cover?

is the bottom hose the same diameter as the one for the head and is it the same type of hose as vw have quoted me that the bottom hose comes in 2 parts and needs to be made up and cut by. cant this just be in one piece as its a return

i need to know the diameter of the lower pipe as i can get it made up for free if its ok for 1 piece

Its two piece because its a metal pipe going to a flexi end. I know the oil drain banjo is larger than the feed. I think the head end of the feed is bigger than the charger side too but dont quote me on that.

yes thats correct about the feed. just ordered a new feed from vw £19, dont want 2nd hand as sometimes they are full f shit inside

the drain is troubling me with the diameter of the pipe. do i have to have the metal part or can it be in flexi all the way. is there any reason for the metal pipe

Where the oil pressure sensor on the left in the pic is (blue wire connected to it) there should be an adaptor with a piece splitting allowing for a banjo bolt

that's because it's not there, you'll need to buy one.  Any t-piece will do really.

You can see the parts involved at the top left of this pic of my g-lader oil pipes that I sold a while ago:

knew i couldnt see it hahaha

are these cheap/expensive and where exactly does this screw into, does it go into the same hole that the blue oil pressure sensor goes into
