Cylinder Head Machining

Just diagnosed my idling problems as low compression on cylinder 4.

Leak down test shows 25% of pressure leaking out of exhaust valve.

I've never had a head machined. I was thinking new valves, head skimmed and I'll put a new T belt and waterpump on. Anything else worth while doing while it's out?

Perhaps not need new valves, just them machining to the seats.

I'd get new valve guides and stem seals too and worth doing the cam seal.
