Are OCD still trading?
« on: October 25, 2019, 10:14:09 pm »
As the title suggests, I'm struggling to contact OCD. Been trying for 10 days as my g45 is leaking badly only making 0.2 bar on the Dyno. It's the only thing holding the car up now and I'm pretty disappointed as it was fully rebuilt by them before going on the car.

You tried them on facebook?

I've not used them before but I've always read their after sales customer service is pretty poor.

I have now. Just hope they're more responsive than they are on email on the phone.
I know what you mean, seems like they just don't want to interact after they've got your money. Was very similar when I ordered the charger in the first place. Don't think I'll be using them again for a rebuild after I've sorted this out.

Hopefully they'll be in touch.

There's people on this forum that can help with rebuilds (PeteG40). He actually rebuilt my charger a few years ago, he's a very nice guy and helpful.

My chargers still going strong too  8)

Yeah, fingers crossed. It's a shame as I've had some good experiences and they've been super helpful.
I'll have to see, I don't really fancy paying again to get it done. The guys who did the leak test said it was pouring out of the hole above the pulley, not sure what this could be hope it's just seals and not any machining mishaps!
