it had no engine!!!

other than that - brakes a sh1te as the m/c leaks fluid and the front end is all over the place... not sure if it is bushes etc.

plus it needs a bearing
+loooads of pikey bits of trim etc
+handbrake didnt work

been doing work on this now for a while

so far

1. replaced the arb mount on drivers side as the arb threads were shot the two large m12 bolts that should be loctited in were slightly tight and had grease on the threads -hmmm
2. replaced both tcas with polybushes ones on the inner/outer joints - the ones on were 1g40 one with ball joint with 2mm play - 1std one with fecked bushes.  The washers (tca to arb) were the wrong way round, cutting into the bushes)
3. poly bushed arb  mounts
4. replaced front calipers - (which were only finger tight!) with refurbed ones - none of the sliders slid, a nipple was snapped and one piston had bellows which werent fitted right.  But they were a lovely freshly painted black (who spends itme painting when something is obviously fecked?)
5. new passenger side wheel bearing - old one HOOOWWWLED
6. one normal steering arm replaced with a g40 one!
7. drivers seat arch cushion replaced - and tilt cable replaced
8. both drivers dash vents replaced
9. drivers seatbelt replaced (old one didnt recoil)
10. head light replaced.
11. exhaust tunnel brace replaced

Slowly taking shape though - better each day!!!
