Hello from France
« on: November 07, 2018, 01:57:18 pm »
Hello,

I'm Franck and I'm a G40 fan since 1988. My first new car was a G40 and since 3 years now, I'm the owner of one of the 500 G40 made for France betwin 1988 and 1989.
This is the 259/500. This car is "full stock" .
My english is not very good so why it's not possible to speak a lot with you, but maybe, we could exchange about our passion throught several photos.
Some photos of my car:

Nice to meet you.

Franck

Yes, the cut out on the front panel is made to get the access to the "G".

By this way, you can streach the belt of the G charger, or do the other things you need to do on.

See you.

Franck

Hello,

Yes this Polo is with vented disc:

In 1989, cars weren't catalised. It's the reason why à G40 MK2 give 115 hp and a G40 MK3 (built in 1991) give 113 hp with the same engine (code engine PY)

See you
