oil pressure? how much oil?

hi all.

what would be the easiest way to check my oil pressure. I've taken the belt off the charger and oil feed pipe to charger and let the car run for a couple on mins to see how much oil the charger is getting.... to me it doesn't seem much at all....? any ideas anyone.

im guessing the oil pump will need replacing if its too low.

Easiest way is to get an oil pressure gauge and plumb it in, but from my experience, when the charger feed is off it certainly shoots out everywhere.

I have a stack oil pressure gauge I'm looking to sell if your interested?

Hi jezza. Ye. The oil just trickles out of the pipe just a steady stream of oil... not sporting out crazy like.

Would you say I need a new oil pump then..?
And how much you wanting for the gauge..? Do you have everything with it to plumb straight in...?

You should have a far amount coming out the feedpipe. dont just change the oil pump though I'd check the pressure first
