Placed in my Arosa G60 fresh rebuilt. pressure is only 0,5 Bar. IMHO this is 2 low isn't it ?
Charger is fully ported (intake - both sides on 72 mm + exaust part full) on top of exaust side i places "U bogen" (big pipe 180°) with diameter 76 mm. everything has been inspected and now parts has been placed in side.
Rest of the piping is only 50 mm in diameter ...
Crankshaft pully is 107 mm in diameter and G has 62 mm pulley which leed us to ratio of 1,726 . This should be ok as on Corrado pulley is 126 mm and on Passat 132 mm., the ratio is fm 1,66 till 1,9 and in that range G is working fine. everything else is 2 high or 2 low
My question is : is it possible that my crankshaft pulley is 2 small even I hv good ratio between this 2 pullyes and I can not get better pressure or can it be that my fresh rebuilt charger hv some faliure and can not produce more than 0,5 bar pressure?
