Dreaded sunroof

Afternoon all I have the dreaded problem of a stuck sunroof.its stuck in the closed position and doesn't seem to want to open at all.ehen I use the winder it makes an herendous clicking sound.and the sunroof only opens in one corner.has anybody had the same problem with theres?if so can anybody give me any advice to unstick it please.thank you as always Matt :-)

From what I can make out the spring is popping out as I use the winder so it is not opening.i can't get enough pressure against the spring to stop it popping out so I can get it to open.ive got it about a quarter open but it's took me an hour to do it.its going to be a long evening 😆
