Any cheap polo conversion

Looking for any cheap conversion/ setup to stick in my coupe. Given up/ lost interest in looking for G40 stuff for now (still interested just turned into a chore looking every day) so just looking for a stop gap to stick in and at least start driving it so I can get rid of my Almera. Ideally a 1.3 CL as that's what my car is but anything will do, 1.0, 1.3, whatever. As long as it'll go straight in with no pissing about. Don't mind doing a bit of maintenance (headgasket, cambelt and the like) but don't want to be stripping and rebuilding an entire engine or swapping pistons, etc.
