Cracked Pedal Box...

I know this has been searched a thousand times but I keep picking up 6N2 pedal boxes not 86c and I have.

A. Can you still get hold of new Pedal Boxes?
B. Does gusseting it actually work?
C. How hard is an aftermarket box to fit in worst case scenario.
D. Whats removing it like?

removing is esay, i got a good condition spare one mate. No cracks or nothing.

I want a pedal box in but its just the floor room thats a problem. i'd love to have a single clutch pedal installed and slave cylinder.

Just to add, gusseting may work if your confident your bulkhead is not flexing. Mine is and the gussets didnt help! Just cracked again!
