Bearing has nipped/fused onto shaft how do I get it off?

Tried applying heat to the bearing carefully with a Blowtorch?

are you talking about the rear bearing?  fused to the stub axle?

I'd probably just get a replacement stub axle.  I'm sure someone on here will have one knocking about. 

Or cut into the bearing with an angle grinder till it's nearly through and then whack it with a chisel in the cut.  You might find the heat alone from cutting into it with the grinder loosens it too
