g40 for sale

polo g40

engine gearbox engine loom fuel pump all gone. have a spare bottom end and cylinder head which could go woth the car but needs work due to bent valve.
otherwise everything works. tidy looking car. very straight.

having problems loading pics!!
have images on photobucket but cant tseem to get them up on here?

sorry! i'm passing it on as a whole rolling sheel - everything bar whats in the engine bay. I would make more cash breaking it but hopefully this way it'll
stay on the road

Rebuilding the engine and putting in my mk1 golf..
Will go up on fleebay soon if no ininterest here.

when i had the headgasket done i had all new valves put in, they were £25 + Vat a valve and had to be imported from germany,lol i miss it wish i never sold it but doing 600 miles a week in it was getting costly

Can you give me a bit more info -

- What mileage is on the clocks?
- Any service history?
- HPI clear?
- Any rust?
- How come it has genesis seats and not original G40 interior?

lots of service history
hpi clear
not too bad on rust front - bit scabby on parts of arches but generally solid.
The previous owner swapped the seats - the genesis seats are mint

its good for an easy project - if i didnt have 3 mk1 golfs...a camper van and a truck to get on the road i'd keep it!

if its not gone in a few weeks i'll part it out but really its too good for that - surely there's someone who wants an original g40 in good condition for this pricw!?
