I think the black mesh will no suit to the idea of the clean look of the car.

Thanks again for liking it.

Next week my G40 was invited to one of the biggest VW shows here.
It is the first G40 exposed in that kind of show so this makes me a little nervŠ¾us about how we will perform.
You can check out the previous year video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_hion6ufV8

I will keep you updated with pictures and videos from the show. :)

Nervous? Why mate? I think that your polo looks great!
Just bolt a set of fancy wheels and will look even greater!
Where is the show is going to be placed? In Sofia?

Sofia, yes. In the Inter Expo Center halls. It is the biggest national VW fest.

Of course I have started to prepare at the very last minute. Some other VW owners prepare for 2 months or even a year for this event. I have to deliver the car on 18th and there are ton of little things that need to be done. There will be waiting for us a polishing team that will take care of the final good look of the car.

The wheels are santimental, because they are modified Avus, without the curbs that are on the original model. So when I put the 5mm wheel spacers on all four wheels, I think there will be a small positive difference.

I try to not put any fancy staff, because the idea of the car is to be a street, practical G40 with looks. (Some definition  ;D )
I keep it plain and simple with the pure G beauty.

Thanks.

Actually a lot of people tell me to take off this mufler, but all the pipes from the manifold to the end are with 63 mm diameter.
So I need to have a mufler that has a proper in radius. If I install smaller mufler it will block some of the exhaust gases and all the money I have spent on the entire system goes to hell.
I know that 63mm is a little too much for the power of this car. :)
The sound is pretty awesome too.

That is a stunning colour. The colour coded bumpers and the wheels look mighty fine too.
Tell that bird to get her heels off the paintwork too!
