polo gt engine and gearbox

hi all, looking to upgrade my lil 1994 1.0 polo coupe with a bit more power, looking for a 1.3 gt engine with all the components necessary to be a straight fit,
if anyone has anything please let me know, even if it is not a 1.3, as long as it can be a straight swap, i'm all for it.

I've got a GT (code AHD) gearbox lying around, it was swapped out of my car for a replacement as it was proving slightly difficult to come out of gears but since my a mechanic friend of mine has stripped and cleaned it. I'm told there are few signs of wear although the synchros aren't quite as crisp as they used to be. Would this be of interest to you?
