Flywheel bolts, torque settings?

anyone got the flywheel bolt torque settings to hand? tried searching around to no luck :/ cheers guys and ps does the clutch plate need to be torqued aswell?? if so what figures aswell? lol

but need the clutch plate torque settings if possible?

These are listed in the Haynes manual.

Fly bolts are angle tighten too

25nm is no where near, they are 60nm plus 90 degree. The clutch cover torque is 20nm for 5 speed, 25nm for 4 speed. Will post it up as well.
