atv gearbox oil level with quaiffe

Hi, ive got a quaiffe atb fitted to my atv gearbox by jp race. They recommended i overfill the gearbox oil slightly due to one of the gears being starved of oil under hard cornering forces.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any reccomendations?
