My G40 can not pas the gas testing at 2500rpm (it's runing rich) but in idle is great... First of all i've changed the blue temp sensor and i cleaned the injectors...
Is there a possibility 1) The lamda sond is broken?
                                 2)Fuel pressure regulator broken?
                                 3)Co sensor broken?
                                 4)MAP senor?
                                 5)Problem in ECU?

Do you have any idea what may be wrong???

PeteG40

1. is probably the cas

3. set co2 sensor to 550 ohms

sorry - probably the case, the problem. (mistyped)
lambda probe can be seen working with an air fuel ratio meter

I've checked with gas analyzer and the λ seems not to be steady at measures (it's going up and down, from 1.06 to 0.963)

Then the lambda seems ok.
It goes up and down around the lambda=1.00 value.

So, lambda value is ok, but CO isn't?

Did you check for air leaks around the inlet manifold?

Is the CO sensor on the boost pipe near the throttle body? if so how do u set it to 550ohms?

Cheers

PeteG40

yes it is... with a multimeter and by setting the screw on top (it may be under a blue cap)
