Intercoolers? wat you got

ok im just wonderin will the 4x4 one fit just the same?
even tho its only a 15mm of difference deep and tall but i assumed it was a tight fit to begin with,
i think ill go for that 4x4 mentioned above ^ hopefully purchase after the weekend

100mm ... 10cm very small to begin with..
any smaller than that it would be non existing

Only just seen this...

We helped Robin put his intercooler together, we've just set-up a trade account with Viper Performance and have almost developed FMIC for the G40s, be it turbo or standard Lader.

Got about 3m of varous diameter straights and a few bends left, but will be re-stocking shortly and have these out in kit form, I've not worked out prices yet, so bare with me

I've always used Viper Performance in the past and find the hoses to be excellent quality and fit, if there's demand I could also put together a standard G40 silicone hose upgrade kit, to replace the tired OEM hoses.

a friend built it a while ago.
a can ask about type,fitting and the money thing.
pls.allow a week he is off this week.

How do you all go about piping to the passenger side connection on the front mounts? I had a quick look earlier and the radiator is right behind where the front mount would sit....

Yes, it is, but is works fine and fits properly in my friend's mk3. Maybe my friend can help. Give it a try? Name the problems, maybe we can solve them. I will see him next week. I can take more pictures if you want me to. Let me know...

hi polo classic,
inside air intake engraving should say "munter bleiben" means remain lively.
if yes, its the ralfs one.
main point is to refit the water cooler.
photos should give instructions.
never heard of headlight problems pls. check after refit the water cooler.
ill may get the original install manual soon,wich i have to translate into english for you.
if available.

Ahhh, Ralf never informed me of this, and did not give me a picture like that when I bought it. I "know" Ralf since back in the days on the clubg40 mailinglist, more than 10 years ago
