I'm looking for some forged pistons. I currently have Wossner pistons but currently rings are on back order and they can't tell me when they will be available.
I've seen people using JE pistons (CR 8.5:1) and accralite pistons (CR 9:1) so these higher ratios will help me a lot with off boost driving compared to the Wossners.
I have contacted both JE and Accralite and they say they have never stocked these and they are custom and if I wanted some I'd have to get all the dimensions.
Does anyone have any info on where to source these from? 
Or have the relevant measurements so I can send these off to get some made.

You'll have the same problem trying to get rings from accralite. Iv been chasing a set for 6 months. I can get you part number for the accralite ones. Think I might end up buying a set of wossner so I can get cracked on.

Hi all. I have just bought a set of new rings for my Accralite pistons.
They are no longer made under the acralite name and are now part of omega pistons.
They are an off the shelf product as they buy them in from mpr you can buy from any piston company. if you are after the 77mm ones quote the code 1245 xx 77 and this is the spec of the rings.

Yes from omega as stated. Ended up buying some wossner for a good price from the lads that rebuilt my engine. So didn't want to buy some rings for them.
