Is anyone not running  one? Engine is build and up together and my old cam cover is rubbing on my toothed pulley. Is this bad pulley design, bad rebuild skills, or misshapen old plastic?
Thinking of just ditching the cover all together at the moment, getting all 3 new ones seems a ballache and expensive.

1.3 ibiza has the same timing belt cover. Might be easier to source one used.

Probably old warped plastic. I noticed mine was doing it when i took it apart. I sourced all new plastics from Germany.
