correct grade engine oil for G40

what is the correct grade engine oil for the G40?

Any particular brand preferable?

A quick search on here will tell you most use quantum synta 10/40 semi synth. And just keep the oil changes fairly regular, I aim for 5-10 k depending on how hard its been driven
